Meet Our Teams
Our teams are made up of a range of talented people from Research & Development and Sales and Marketing to Accounts and Warehouse Teams.
Everyone has a part to play in delivering the very best service to our customers – that’s what we are known for on top of our great products.
These are some of our core teams that contribute to our success.
Warehouse
We have an onsite Warehouse at our Head Office Leeds. This team's role is receiving and storing products, re-branding products, some manufacturing and shipping orders to our customers so they get the products they need on time.

Profit Share Bonus Scheme
We have a non contractual profit share bonus scheme which accumulates month on month provided we hit our targets – the more we work together as a team, the bigger this pot will be.
Additional Christmas Holiday
We also give every employee an additional paid holiday if you normal working day falls on this designated day which is either Christmas Eve or the closest working day (if Christmas Eve falls on a Weekend).
Complimentary Refreshments
To keep you hydrated during the day, we provide access to a water machine along with free tea, coffee and milk. In addition, to support your health and wellbeing, we provide free fruit on a daily basis.
Free Car Parking
We have our own onsite, secure car parking, free to use for all employees and visitors.
Branded Uniform
We provide access to branded uniform and mandatory PPE.
Overtime
From time to time, we may require individuals to work overtime to support us getting the job done. This is paid at x 1.5 (once normal full time equivalent hours have been worked).
Employee Recognition Scheme
We have an Employee Recognition Scheme which recognises individuals who live our values. Individuals will receive a personalised card along with a £25 ‘love2shop’ voucher.
Employee Assistance Programme
This is a service that we have invested in which provides support and advise for all employees across a whole range of work and personal related issues such as finance, health, mental and emotional wellbeing. The service is called ‘Be Supported Online’ and can be accessed 24/7. 365 days a year.
Social Events
We generally have two Social Events each year, fully subsidised by Arctic Hayes. This is normally a Summer and Winter Party.
Department Monthly ‘Thank you’ budget
To show our appreciation to our teams, each team will receive £50 budget each month. This could be used for buying in Pizzas on the last day of the month, or doing a Starbucks run, or contributing to a team night out.
